Who are we?

WiseOn is a dynamic young technology company, founded in April 2024, but with a solid foundation – our team is made up of people with 20 years of experience in IT. We specialize in projects for the localization, financial and transportation industries and our development is driven by innovation, energy and bold ideas.

What will I do?

You will join a small but ambitious team that creates modern solutions based on technologies such as AWS, Git, DockerJPA/Hibernate, Maven, PostgreSQL, REST API, Java and Spring. Do you want to try something new? Great! We will give you the opportunity to learn Python, front-end technologies or low-code platforms such as Bubble.io. We build our projects from scratch – without technical debt.

You can expect challenging tasks such as:

• cross-platform integration of technologies and systems.
• designing SaaS applications with DDD principles in mind.
  
• optimizing AWS infrastructure.
  
• analyzing and implementing NLP mechanisms.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people who:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in Java programming (with knowledge of the Spring framework, JPA/Hibernate, TestContainers and Spock).
  
• Have a great understanding of module and system integration techniques (REST API, JMS, WebSockets and Spring Events).
  
• Have worked with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
  
• Have DevOps skills, including experience with Docker and CI/CD.
  
• Have used AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda).
  
• Have intermediate English.
  
• Are open to learning new things and are not afraid of challenges.
  
• Like teamwork and sharing ideas.
  
• Want to have a real impact on the development of the company.
